While we are dedicated to providing an accommodating setting and finding flexibility around both the client and the studio's schedule, we do enforce a No-Show/Cancellation policy in order to maximize our schedules and to protect our ability to allow the client to book their own appointments:
*Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, and any No-Shows, will be charged 50% of the total cost of the booked services.*
